Having drifted between mediums over the years, I’ve become a multimedia artist, but at my core I'm a concept artist. Visualizing unique concepts is where I thrive in the creative process. Then, I fumble my way through production steps to reach something close to the vision.

My recent focus has been painting paper using ink and watercolor techniques. What started as experimenting with black and white abstraction has evolved into more refined imagery and words. Using only black and white was an invitation for the viewer to apply their own meaning, colored by whatever emotion arises within them. Playing with a contrast between organic, symbolic, and man-made elements, I aim to create perspectives that both reflect and contradict natural order.

Now working on pieces complemented by statements and color, I want to express my thoughts without landing in any territory of belief. As someone with an intense curiosity, I maintain a loose grasp on belief to keep an open mind to new ideas and information. I’ve come to the conclusion that it doesn’t matter what’s true, because no one has a complete picture of the truth, with each person's perspective varying wildly from the next.

My work is an attempt to explore my inner psyche to find which ideas are not only most important to me but worth sharing. My inspiration comes from observation and looking within to see what resonates the strongest. In doing so, I want to promote a message of hope, love, and conscious connection.
